We want every purchase to be a genuinely positive experience. If something isn't working for you, please reach out — we are always willing to help. If a product truly isn't right for you, we will refund it. Full stop.

1. Our Commitment to You

We put genuine care and effort into every guide we publish. Each product is designed to be practical, clearly written, and immediately applicable to real business situations. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we stand behind the quality of everything we sell.

We also understand that no single guide is a perfect fit for every person in every situation. If a product hasn't delivered the value you were expecting, we'd rather hear from you and make it right than have you walk away dissatisfied.

2. Our Support-First Approach

Before requesting a refund, we genuinely encourage you to contact us. Many issues that feel like a product mismatch can actually be resolved with a bit of additional context or guidance.

If you are struggling to apply a strategy to your specific situation, if something in the guide is unclear, or if you need examples tailored to your industry or use case, we are happy to provide:

  • Further explanation or clarification on any content in the guide
  • Additional worked examples relevant to your business
  • Personalised suggestions on how to adapt the guidance to your specific context
  • Pointers to other resources or approaches that may better suit your needs

There is no time limit on contacting us for support — this is part of what you paid for.

3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If, after giving the product a genuine try, you feel it is not suited to your requirements, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.

We do not want to hold your money for a product that hasn't served you. You do not need to provide a lengthy explanation — simply let us know your situation and we will process your refund promptly.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Email us at hello@primalitsolutions.com within 30 days of your purchase.
  2. Include the email address used at checkout and your order reference number (found in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email).
  3. Briefly describe your situation (optional — but genuinely helpful for us to keep improving our products).

We will acknowledge your request and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are typically processed on the same day of approval.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider. This timeframe is outside our control once the refund has been issued.

6. Conditions

The following conditions apply to all refund requests:

  • Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Refunds apply to the specific product purchased and are processed in the original currency and amount paid.
  • Upon receiving a refund, your licence to use the product is revoked. You agree to delete all copies of the product from your devices and any storage systems.
  • Refunds are available once per product per customer. If you have previously received a refund for a specific product, a second purchase of the same product is non-refundable.

7. Our Promise

We believe the best outcome is always one where you succeed with what you purchased. If something isn't working, talking to us first gives us the chance to fix that. But we fully respect that sometimes a product simply isn't the right fit — and in those cases, a refund is the fair and right thing to do.
